A complimentary spare elastic cord and an easy-to-follow video restringing tutorial are included with your bracelet, empowering you to make quick repairs at home.

30-Day Warranty Exchange with Compensation

If the elastic cord fails due to a suspected material or workmanship defect within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange it under our warranty. The process is as follows:

- To qualify, you must contact our customer service first with your order number and photos of the broken cord.
- Upon approval, you are required to ship the complete product back to our designated US service center. This includes the original packaging and all collected beads and components.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return parcel to us.
- To offset your return shipping cost, upon completion of the exchange, we will email you a one-time-use coupon worth $30 USD for a future purchase on our website.
- Once we receive your return and verify its completeness, we will ship a fully restrung bracelet back to you at our expense.

Beyond 30 Days: Renewal & Our Support Promise

Elastic cords are consumables designed to stretch with your journey. Breakage after 30 days is a natural part of this cycle.

In our tradition, there is a gentle perspective that a well-worn cord breaking may signify it has fulfilled its protective purpose. We invite you to see this not as an end, but as a meaningful beginning for renewal.

To honor your journey and support your next steps, we will provide a one-time 50% discount coupon for a new bracelet purchase to any customer whose cord breaks after the warranty period.

- The Creative Path: If some gems are lost, see this as a chance to renew your design. Incorporate new beads that speak to you, making the piece uniquely and continuously yours.

General Warranty & Service Policy

Selwha stands behind the craftsmanship of our unique prayer beads.

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects in:
- Ga'u Box: Structural cracks, clasp failure, or significant non-routine flaking of the plating.
- Hand-Painted Thangka: Fading due to sealing process flaws.
- Gemstone Beads: Failure of the beading link that causes stone loss.
- General Assembly: Breakage of core wire due to manufacturing flaw.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does NOT cover damage from:
- Normal Wear & Tear: Tarnishing, gradual plating fade, natural characteristics of raw gemstones (cracks, color variations), and elastic cord aging.
- Accident/Misuse: Impact, chemical contact, loss, excessive contact with water (swimming, bathing), tampering, or unauthorized repair.
- Lack of Proof of Purchase.
