Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks under normal conditions.If your package experiences delays due to customs or other international transit issues, we will contact you proactively and help resolve the situation.
Express orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive 2–3 business days after shipment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Selwha ships orders to the address provided by the customer and is not responsible for lost or missing shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders returned to Selwha as undeliverable may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. To begin a return, email contact@selwha.co with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price. Return shipping fee and any applicable customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers in the United States may return items to our Washington State location to help reduce shipping costs. Customers in other regions can return items to our Hong Kong office. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
