Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will always do our best to get your handcrafted Selwha jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. (Stay tuned—we plan to open shipping to Canada and Australia very soon!)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping options for our US customers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days (Shipped directly from our workshop).
  • Expedited Shipping ($36.00): Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days (Subject to US inventory availability).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Good news for our US customers: We cover the standard import duties for your shipment!

In the very rare event that your local jurisdiction applies any unexpected additional local taxes or fees upon delivery, please be aware that these specific local charges would be the responsibility of the customer. However, for standard US import duties, we've got you covered.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please note that depending on the international carrier, end-to-end tracking information may not always be available or updates may be delayed.

If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please don't worry. Simply contact us at support@selwha.co with your name and order number, and our team will look into it for you immediately.
